‘B2B/B2C Marketplacer Connector by Amitech Group’ is a Software-as-a-Service product that establishes data exchange between BigCommerce (eCommerce solution) and Marketplacer (Marketplace solution) on the backend and enables storefront functionality extension for Marketplace business model enablement through the open API.

The Connector is distributed through the BigCommerce App marketplace.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the ‘B2B/B2C Marketplacer Connector by Amitech Group’ (“Connector”, “Amitech Connector”, “Service”, “Services”), provided by Amitech Group, LLC (“Amitech”, “Amitech Group”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Connector, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as any applicable policies or guidelines, including the Service Level Agreement (SLA). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Modifications to the Terms

Amitech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any such changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel (e.g., email, service notifications, or website updates). Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Use of the Service

3.1. License

Amitech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Connector under these Terms and the SLA. This license is provided solely for your internal business purposes and is subject to payment of applicable fees.

3.2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Connector.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Connector, except where such actions are expressly permitted by law.
• Use the Connector in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Connector to any third party.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Connector’s performance, servers, or networks connected to the Service.

3.3. Third-Party Dependencies

The Connector may rely on third-party services or APIs, which are not under Amitech's control. Amitech is not responsible for any issues arising from the unavailability or changes in third-party services.
